Kindness Club Students RISE Through Campus Service

At Augusta Ranch Elementary, our community is built on RISE: Respect, Integrity, Safety, and Effort. The Kindness Club spent the entire school year demonstrating that these principles are powerful when applied to the world around us. By focusing on service and school pride, these students proved that leadership is defined by the actions taken to improve our shared community.

The club’s mission is centered on the philosophy that small, intentional acts result in significant change. This was put into clear practice during the club’s campus beautification project. Kindness Club members dedicated their time to collecting litter and maintaining the common areas of our campus, ensuring the environment remains welcoming for every student and staff member.

By taking pride in their surroundings, these student leaders demonstrated that kindness extends beyond interpersonal interactions and includes the care and respect we show for the spaces we share.

The Kindness Club and its beautification project serve as practical examples of what it means to RISE as a Rattler. Their work this year provided a roadmap for their peers to follow:

• Respect: Showing regard for our school property and the local environment.
• Integrity: Taking the initiative to do what is right for the campus community without being asked.
• Safety: Removing debris to ensure our play and common areas remain clean and secure for everyone.
• Effort: Investing personal time and energy to give back to the Augusta Ranch community.

As the Kindness Club concludes its activities for the year, the impact of its members' service remains visible across our campus. These students have set a high standard, proving that leadership is most effective when it is practiced with a heart for service.
